Flood Ford & Anderson/Koch Ford have the best prices right now. For some reason, Zeigler Ford, which has been competitive, is $200 more expensive across all deductibles for the PremiumCare this month.
Assuming you do not pay for the rental reimbursement (First day), the break even point (cost of plan plus service visit deductible) comparing $0 deductible to all others is:
6 service visits if selecting $50 deductible to break even with cost of $0 deductible
5 service visits if selecting $100 deductible to break even with cost of $0 deductible
3 service visits if selecting $200 deductible to break even with cost of $0 deductible

Just yesterday, my 2012 F150 had the moonroof crap out on me. It wouldn't close or open, stuck open, the track assembly cracked. Of course, I don't have an extended warranty. Total cost to replace the track unit....$2480! I sure wish I had purchased a warranty. Next truck (Raptor) will have one for sure!

Trust me, on any new vehicle, if you plan on keeping it over 4 years, you're going to need that warranty. They aint made like they used to be. More electronic crap that will flat line in a heart beat.
