Anyone else submit a mis-build claim?

finally dropped my truck off. took over a month just to get it in. Dealer blamed it on FS. FS blamed the hold up on the dealer. I dont know which is true, just happy it will finally be taken care of.

yeah the handles dont bother me much. Honestly the mirrors wouldnt either if it wasnt something i paid for..haha But $500 for spot lights alone is a little expensive in my book..haha i really liked the look with the color matched mirrors. pretty much the only reason i got the option..
jtnuge. I was thinking the same thing, the only problem is my dealer didnt want to try and pull the ones on it off and mess them up and not have another set to replace them with. Also i like about 1.5 hours away and i wasnt leaving without that beautiful machine..lol

first year production issues, its not a huge one but it was definitely overlooked when the trucks get scheduled to be built.
the caps that are painted are different then the black ones. the ones that get painted are smoother whereas the black ones are textured.
when the claim gets accepted the dealer should order the new caps and send them to the body shop.... they can do all of this without the truck and you can just pick up the caps when they are painted.
i actually like the black door handles, it breaks up the white and accents the fender vent.
