2017 Ford Raptor Supercrew

That's a couple times now I've seen those headlights on the new Raptor, wonder if they were some sort of prototype that got scrapped. Looks like low beam projectors with halogen reflector highs.

The GM 6.2L is an impressive engine in terms of fuel economy. The 5.3, not so much. I'm currently driving a 2007 Chevy Avalanche w/ the 5.3/4.10 gears and have never come anywhere close to the advertised 17/21(17/22?) MPG, and it's just gets worse as time gones by. The transmission has always felt sluggish, like it's not delivering all the engine's power. Now, with less than 60k on the truck, I'm averaging around less than 11 mpg in local driving with generally no passengers or cargo and burning an extra quart of oil between every oil change. I also just put $2700 into it for stupid stuff, not incl. the rear shocks that they tell me it needs. My last truck was a '92 Bronco that went 100k with only an alternator and 4x4 switch replaced, and it survived being sideswipe and crushed against a jersey barrier by a tanker truck!
If all goes well, I'll be trading my Avalanche in for a Raptor come fall.

Hello guys,
I'm new to the forum and in fact new to any Ford vehicle. I'm from still Europe, soon Eurabia
As the F150 is not officially sold here in EU by Ford, i literally fallen in love with the 2017 F150 Raptor. The mustang is a looker also (i know, way different cars for way different purposes). To cut it short when the 2017 will be officially launched i'll for sure try to buy one, either by buying it directly from US or from an unofficial dealer/importer from Europe.
I have 2 questions:
1. How come that blue paint job (don't know what it's called) they launched the Mustang GT350R in and the F150 Raptor preview, is not available? Do you guys think it will be available? Do we have a poll on this forum regarding the paint job preference for a 2017 raptor? I'm interested to see what people like on a Raptor. I for one prefer the black one or the "unreleased blue- intro blue".
2. Which is the best aftermarket vendor/tuner for off-roading capabilities. For example if one wants to add a heavy duty winch, what is the most trusted brand-offer?

Ford's news letter.
Probably "old news" here but still outlines the 2017 Raptor.
