I know this topic has been cover over and over again on here. Everything that I found for the 4.6 on here says to put a top mount unit like the 5.4 will require heavy modification. I have found a company that makes an adapter kit so you can bolt on a supercharger from the cobra's!!

Yes that does also mean that you can bolt any roots type blower to it as well. The kit does not come with one but you can source one out. According to there website you can put this all together for around $4,000. A little high maybe but there kits are putting down 350 to 400 at the tires with stock parts for a cobra. Last I looked procharger makes a kit but it is almost six grand.

Of course this will require you to purchase fuel injectors, programmer and a high flow fuel pump. The cobra injectors will work in our fuel rails witch also works with the kit, the pump you can take form the 5.4 and the programmer is witch ever you decide to get. There website does state the only modification that is required is relocating the battery and moving the washer fluid tank to the driver side and one of the ribs on the hood has to be trimmed to clear the blower.

All in all it seems like a really nice kit and the sales rep I have been talking too has been extremely help full. As of right now the kit is only for the 97-03 4.6 2V. Here is the link and the part number I got for the cobra injectors.
