I have a 4.6 Litre Romeo engine in a 2003 Ford F-150. I am in the middle of a rebuild and need to know exactly how to remove the jack screws in the ends of the main bearing cap. I am assuming they are hex head screws, but I am unsure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
