My mods are in my sig. I gained 2-3mpg and about 50 hp on the dyno. Best power mod is going to be forced induction. Best mpg gain is from a tuner, efans, and a free flowing intake/exhaust.

i have a cai, efans, cat back, headers and tuner. dont know how much hp they made but it wasnt enough. im currently building a turbo kit for it which will add 150rwhp but thats cause im being conservative. here is the link https://www.f150forum.com/f4/so-begins-77430/

Forced induction is out of the question, iam already building a turbo race specific car. So I want reliability from my tow that tows it to the track.... lol
From my evo I plan to stroke it and use a fp black flowing 68lbs a min hopefully to push 650 awhp n about 680 tq. I know 650 doesn't sound like a lot for a race car. But if the car weights nothing then its a lot... lol giving me the best HP to weight ratio.
