What am i in 4? I just bought a '91 f150 351w that had been setting for a couple yrs. changed fluids and now i have lifters ticking! i'm afraid to run the name brand motor flush thru it. Don't want to make it worse. any ideas beside dropping the pan and new pump?

 

hook up a pressure gauge and see what kind of oil pressure your getting. if the pressure is good, readjust the rockers and go from there
