Default No muffler question

Hey y'all, I have a 97 f150, with the 4.6l v8 engine. I recently cut off my muffler for a little sound. I like the way it sounds for having no muffler, but would like to have a different sound, such as a more deeper, below sound. I wanna see if there's a cheap way to do that without going out and buying flowmasters and stuff like that. Any advice on what I can do? I appreciate all advice given

Pick up a piece of exhaust, bend it around 2 fense posts and put it on running in front of rear tire for good Nascar sound. You can always add a strait thru muffler later. Real deal is dump the CO out so you don't smell it. You'll be ok until a Mountie spots you.

take your muffler and drill a hole through it.

He means end wise not across it. You can pick up a 1/2 inch 18" long bit at lowes to bore your way through the muffler baffles and get the mello sound of your liking. Call it a Mellodrone cacaphony.
