Default Need help this driving me nuts

just put new timming chain set, new oil pump, replaced bent valve, replaced cam phaser on 2004 5.4l 3v. runs great at cold idle when it warms up take it for a test drive wants stall, miss, and has no power.
test drove it cold around the block fine none of the problems it has when its warm please help!!!

try putting some super/premium gas and some good oil in it.. that should do the trick.

just got done cleaning the maf and throttle boddy but ill try that. i'm running 5w-20 motorcraft oil with motorcraft filter. ill keep yall posted

Coolant temp sensor? Sounds like the sensor has gone bad and is choking the motor out when it gets warm

Whats the story behind the bent valve? Did you replace the spring too?

bent valve was caused by a lash adjuster going bad. yes replaced valve, spring, lash adjuster, rocker arm, and keepers.

Was it a exhaust or intake valve?

Also the motor surgers with a load on it. Idles great though.

I would recommend doing a leak down test on all 4 cylinders of that head. Really thinking you have a valve spring problem but would rather rule out a gasket or seat problem.
