Default Help with a supercharger

Hey guys. I just recently came across a deal that was to good to pass up on an '02 Harley Davidson edition f-150 with the supercharged engine. I've never owned a supercharged engine so I really don't know the do's and dont's. After reading up on it I've found that the Lightning and the H.D edition have the same supercharger but different pulleys with the Lightning having 40 more horses. My question is can I just switch my current pulley out for the same one the Lightning has or is there more to it than just the switch?

You'll have to update your software as well... also make sure that the injectors on the Lightning aren't also bigger.

Pulley swap and a tune. HD trucks ran 6psi and Lightnings ran 8psi. If your going to do it I would highly recommend you go on to 10psi. The motor will be fine. Mike Troyer is running 18psi on his personal Lightning. May I also suggest him for tunning as well. Let us know what you end up doing. Those are fun trucks!
