I have a 07 f150 5.4 I was doing a timing chain replacement . And I was putting the roller follower in and I accidently pushed down on the stem it fell but not all way in but the retainer clips are gone if they feel in the head holes how can I get them out. I'm going to pull that head in morning. Anytime hello with advice
