Default Help with a bad Coil

My truck is throwing a code for a misfire on cylinder 4. The code is P0354. I swapped the coil with a known good one from cylinder 6 and the problem did not follow. I replaced the Spark plug and it still misses. I used motorcraft plug, so I know its not that. Could it be a plugged injector? Has anybody had a problem like this or know what I should try next?

Thanks.

Yep, bad wire. Thats a lot better than a hole in the cylinder that I kept picturing.
