I have a 2003 F-150 with a 4.6liter motor in it and I was wondering what is the best ECM and coil set up to get the best bang and throttle response. I was also wonder what kind of intake I should get. The truck comes stock with a good size air cleaner that draws its air from the front fender. I would like to up to a cold air intake that draws fresher and possible a larger throttle body to maximize air flow without buying a new intake manifold.
