Default Engine miss

Ok i bought a 97 F150 and fixed up the body on it and now trying to get it to run a little better. It has a standard trans 4.6L engine with 208K on the clock. Does on leak or burn oil nor antifreeze. It sat for around a year and a half and periodically being started. It is running 10X better now but still not right.
WHat i did was put new gas, tank, and filter in. New plugs and wires, checked the coil packs according to the manual with primary and seconday resistance within spec. But it has a miss and runs rough when you are accelerating. It is more prevelant when the engine is cold as well. The weird thing is that it does is periodically and runs fine sometimes and the next minute when you try to accel it is rough again. I also ran seafoam through it and pulled soaked/ cleaned and rebuilt the injectors.
Any idea would be greatly appreciated.

Clean the MAF and have the O2 sensors graphed with a scanner to check their performance.
