I recently washed the engine on my 2001 Ford Expedition, but then when I drove it, the engine was shaking alot and sound like it was misfiring....the check engine light came on.
I blew the engine with compressed air but didn't do any good.
Can somebody tell me what the problem could be?

 

If u said the check engine light is on, find out what the code is reading.

 

+1, we could guess all day long but the cel will tell you exactly whats going on. take the truck to autozone, they will pull codes for free

an dry them
