What are the signs of a worn camshaft ? Can anyone help me out with this. I just received the truck as a gift and the body and all is is excellent condition for a 21 yearold truck. It has 45,ooo on the odometer though i am almost positive that it should be 245,000. I completed a tuneup on the 5.0 and it still seems to have a slight miss in the engine. Could the camshaft cause this ?
