is there any difference between 4.6 2v cams and 5.4 2v cams
anyone have any specs?

Edit:
There are two different types of 2v cyl heads with different types of cams which are interchangable, as are the cyl heads. The Romeo type has bolt on cam gears and the Windsor type has pressed on cam gears.
Aftermarket cams all bolt on, so you would need to buy cam gears and bolts along with your new cams for a set of Windsor heads.
You can tell which heads you have by counting the cam cover bolts -
Romeo = 11, Windsor = 13.

well i have a 5.4 windsor and parts of a 4.6 romeo
im fixing to get another 4.6 not sure what it is yet
the 5.4 has a knock so im going to go 4.6
