i dont understand much about cams. what would be a good set for the 5.4 dohc out of the navigator?

Not sure myself but I do know not many people change those cams since there are 4 of them and its like 1500 just for the cams.

I'm sure you could find some aftermarket dohc cams from the 4v cobra mustang but they won't be ideal for a big heavy truck

 

I've always used Comp Cams in any engine. Can't beat them.
