Default which is better to use

i am going to be using this truck mainly for towing and daily driver the options for a motor are as follows

1. 302 stock with minor mods for tourque
2 351 compleatly stock
3 buy a new motor for the stang change the set up on it compleatly so i can run a bigger motor/blower combo and use the n/a 347 in the truck mated wiht a treemeec 5 spd the 3447 is set up ffor racing so i might tune it down a lil and change out sum things b4 droppin it in the truck


all input is accepted and $$ isnt an issue

Number 3 but with a good Auto. The tremec is not a towing tranny.

which gears should i use i dont even kno whats in em stock i have all t his info but its mustangs never delt wiht trucks b4

Something you have to consider when using a "race motor" is it makes most of its power up high in the band. If you are towing you need that off the line grunt. Seriously If it were me I would go with a 351 with a mild cam in it and a low end torq styel intake IE longer runners. Mate it to a good C-6 tranny and 3.55 gears. That is a good gas towing combo that will not kill you in fuel.
