5.4 Hesitates
My 5.4 hesitates when it is just about fully warmed-up. Its OK from a dead stop, but after I am moving 10-20 MPH and then accelerate, it wants to fall flat. Any ideas...?? Have installed magnaflow exhaust....running 87 octane.

throttle trick turn on key just before start and push gas down and let up slowly turn key off and repeat a total of 3 times
