Default 5.0 engine knock
Knocks but sometimes goes away, sometimes its just a very faint hollow sound. Help me diagnose this with out puling the motor out after just 2 weeks

Is is a new motor? Could be piston slap or valve noise try and determine if the noise is per rotation or twice as fast to determine if it's valve noise or rotating assembly

Sounds like bottom end to me but I found a good roller long block for pretty cheap on the local mustang forum so that should take care of it lol. Thanks for your reply tho
