Default 351m/400 tapping?

My 1978 F150 HAD A very tired 351m so i swapped in a 400 from a 1979 f150 that was a crate motor that was put in 10-15 years ago and only used to plow a parking lot so i tore it down and put a double roller timing chain, melling hi volume oil pump, cam, valve springs, edlebrock preformer 400 intake, headers, flowmaster mufflers, holley 700cfm double pumper (this engine was squeaky clean and looked brand new when i opened it up) but now it makes a tapping noise like loose rockers or something? ( i am alot more familular with gm than these fords) is there something i can do like shim the valve springs or move the rockers down a bit or maybe longet push rods being the valves are not adjustable? Ive attached a link for my cam specs, valve spring specs and a video of the tapping which is alot louder on the pass side,? Thanks

check oil pressure, can you adjust the rockers, did you put in the lifters or push rods back in upside down?

Best advice i can give is get rid of that turd smog 400 for a 429 460 big block. Build a 460 in the mean time while you wait for the 400 to blow up. You can get decent power out of a 400m just depends on how deep your pocket book is. Money wise 429 and 460's are were its at.
