Has anyone heard of this as a common issue with the 2016 ecoboost engine? I had to have Ford rebuild a cylinder completely because something got in there and ruined the original. Service wasn't able to tell me what got in there but I've heard that there might be an issue with the stems of the spark plus being impacted and breaking off, thus causing the problem. I'm looking for corroboration on this because I'm afraid it is happening again.
