Default Axle ratios for new user

I am in the process of purchasing a 2012 f 150 lariat. I live in minnesota and am interested in performance on snow and ice. I will not be towing. Can someone tell me what the best axle ratio would be for me. I will have an ecoboost engine. Thanks

3.31 would be best if you don't tow.

Agree'd, 3.31's. Ecoboost makes enough low end torque that you dont need to worry about the taller gear ratios hurting performance.

Edit: talk about back from the dead.
