Default Wanting to lower 2017 rcsb 4wd
About a month ago I purchased a 2017 F150 rcsb 2.7 4wd. I am wanting to level the truck out by dropping the rear, maybe overall lower it just a little with a level look. Any suggestions? Not at all familiar with aftermarket truck parts, what is good and what to avoid, came from a pontiac G8 GT, and before that euro cars.

Since you are 4x4, remove the 1.25" block in the rear. That will get you close to level, for free.
