Nice looking truck. Do you think 4.56s are going to help your ET? I'd think a longer gear would do you better like a 3.31 maybe.
If I wanted to finish the 1/4 in third gear i would do 331's
I plan to finish at the top of 4th gear. With the 4.10's it was turning only about 6300 at thru the traps in 4th. With the 4.56's it should be in the 7200 rpm neighbor hood.
the truck is heavy....5000lbs and with the stock torque converter. Yes, i believe 4.56's will net a better 60' time, 1/8 and 1/4 also. With the sticky tires I have I believe it will stick well and get out of the hole better and be a better overall performance from start to finish. If I had a stall converter I would use a lower numerical gear. I don't plan to install one unless the motor comes out of the truck unexpectedly.
Performance: Whipple has been ordered.
Suspension: Belltech 2/4 Front struts and rear flip kit. Cal Tracs are on order.
Wheels: Dub Baller 22" with Nitto 420S 305/40/22
Exhaust: Stock for now. planning on long tubes, no cats with stock muffler and a electronic cutout for when things get serious.

Interior: So far added a center console and a 12" touchscreen. Looking for a set of wrecker OEM leather seats currently. Will also be looking to swap out grey panels for black at some point.
Looks good. FYI, heard you want to change grey interior panels to black. Dash Glove box is good just get black. However, lower drivers side panel, called closure panel is gonna be not so easy. If your truck has electronic parking brake, ford does have a black panel with e-prk brk only. I had to modify a black one and re-use my gray e-prk brk gray piece and cover it with carbon fiber wrap, my choice. Only thing else is try to match paint and finish on black panel. One other thing is to use black panel with adj pedal option and install a adj pedal switch. Ford dealer i know tried for hours to find a black panel with only e prk brk switch config and couldnt. If you can find a panel let me know or find a way to paint with correct black and clear to get it to match let me know too. Very strange did not make a black lower panel with e prk brk feature only...
