I have a 2012 fx2 4 door I already installed the 2" drop shackles but does my truck have that block that drops it 1" if I remove it

 

Easier to look then ask around here. Depending on your truck it may or maynot have the block. Unless you are talking about the overload leaf. If that is the case then your's should and you can remove it. But if you take it out you want to be careful on how much you haul or do it right and add some helper bags if you are going to ever tow or haul much more then a gallon of milk.
