How much more is involved in removing the overload spring than installing pinion shims? This is on an '11.

 

You need to completely drop the axle down then there are 2 bolts on the leaf springs that you remove, but make sure you clamp the leads springs together before you remove them. Then remove the bolts, remove the overload, put every thing back together
