Default new to lowering

so I'm looking to lower the front of my 2016 f150 around 2" or so without losing much ride quality. what us the best way? do I go with lowering springs or would 2wd struts and springs from the factory be better? 2wd sit approximately 1.5" lower than 4wd but with the added weight in the front on a 4x4 would it get me where I want? any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm about to pull all my hair out trying to decide

A stock truck already sits about 2" lower in the front. If you lower just the front 2 more inches it's guna be all kinds of goofy looking!!! If level is your goal lower the rear 2".

I already have the back figured out.... right now I took my blocks out and it sits approximently 1.25" higher in the rear.......and I have 2" shackles as well....I'm just looking for front options to maintain ride quality
