Full on air suspension
Crazy thought crossed my mind today. How would you go about building a full air ride suspension for a 2012 screw fx2? I don't tow and the most I haul in my bed is a fourwheeler. How's the handling? It's gotta ride great. Anyone done it? Air suspension is something I've never played with before so I know nothing about it.

RideTech have a kit for the 04-08.
pretty sure it can be fitted to the 12.
but forget about bolt-on kit to lay frame on the f150...nothing available since the 04.
if not, you go all out custom and depend on how low you want to go and budget.
I'm gattering info, and my mind is pretty set for my 07..just have to shop around a bit more and gather the $$$$.

I had around 2K in my 2001 screw. It drove like a caddy. I dropped her at shows(and at red lights....and everywhere I parked...) and she sat low enough that the front camber was ridiculous. There are a few pics in my album.

You'll need custom made control arms and a custom 2, 4, or 5 link etc. Ekstensive has made the control arms before. A full on frame laying setup with all labor would cost $4k+. Don't let just any ol shop do the work on a new style f150. S10's and taco's and chevys can be done by almost anyone and mostly bolt on....but our trucks need special care.

2k in parts. $1000 for control arms. $400 for link kit. The rest is just valves, bags, notch, gauges, and line. Running nitrogen is much cheaper and better than compressors.
