Tony, where am I with the drive shaft, will have to remove the rear suspension or will I be able to put the drive shaft back in when I add the trans spacer?? Does the drive shaft just slide back in or does it have to go in a certain way? I'm asking cuz like I said it fell off so I'm not sure.
belltechs shackle is a 1 inch lifting shackle not lowering so by putting that shackle you had in there and putting it at the lower bolt it will come down 2 inches from where your at now and prepare to get a c notch.

did you pull the rear end allt he way back when you did the kit and thats when it fell out? you should just be able to take ds off the rear axle and put the ds back into trans and then put the ds on the rear axle again and tighten the u joint clips down

Ya, like I said the dang jack that was holding the up the rear axle had rollers so it was moving around during the install and the "boom" it fell. I checked for dents and didn't really see none.

So does the ds just slide back in the trans, or does it have to go in a certain way, to "lock up" maybe??

I'll go ahead and remove the ds from the rear as you said and do it that way. But everything back there is tightened up. What has to be loosened up to make this happen??

slide the ds till it stops and then you can just put the ds back on the axle and strap it in.

The sway bar that I received is kit 5548 and I have belltechs's 6440 flip kit.

The instructions on the sway bar kit 5548 say if truck has been lowered with flip kit 6440 to use sway bar kit 5551.

Will this still work or not??

Default Kit installed except for sway bar.....

Didn't have help this time so I didn't take pics of the install. Flip kit was a pretty tough install since I had no power tools but oh well. Got the job done. With Tony's advice I figured out how to put up the drive shaft. Putting in trans spacer was a pain but since I have a one piece drive shaft that's all I had to do. And for some stroke of luck I have NO 20mph shutter!!!!! YES!!!
All I need to do is widen the alignment holes, and get it aligned. The Suspension Source sent the wrong sway bar so I'll install that later.

On to the pics....
This is factory height..

Cut springs and de-arched leafs for a 2/4 drop...

Ended up getting a 4.5/5 with Belltech's 908sp kit..

No rubbing....

Looks good. So you know once alignment is done front will come uo 1/2 to 3/4. You have major camber up there. Im hoping you can get it to align because its set at like 4.5 drop now.
