DJM front alignment issues or the shop?
I have a 05 4wd dropped with 2wd struts and 2” djm control arms... Les Schwab first called and said the camber can’t be adjusted and way out of spec. They need to install their camber kit. I called BS and told them to adjust the new lower djm control arms, they said it’s more time consuming to do that. Then they called back saying they got camber and caster in spec but thenew tie rod is bottomed out in the new inner and outer.
I read you have to cut off some of the inner on the 3.5” drop but never herd anyone with this issue on the 2” kit... I checked the inner rods I installed are 4wd ones 12.8” length instead of the longer ones the RWD are 13.62” length. I don’t understand why they said it’s bottomed out and still not close to spec on the phone. Anyone?

Mostly sounds like you made them mad. Lol. I'd get a camber kit and install yourself, only takes about an hour in the driveway. It makes it easier for them, and then they don't whine when you take it for an alignment. I got sick of hearing it with my level. I'd try a different shop, and just ask them to check the toe.
