dale any aftermarket spring has a higher springrate thru oem. only way to do what you want is to go kws coilovers with adjustable shocks rear. you can disk in compression and rebound to tune in the ride exactly as you want

I tried to read thru all the post to see if I could find a anwer to my question but, I just couldnt read them all. So, I want to lower my truck. Not dump it but, lower it for a better looking more agressive stance. But, I dont want to lose my towing or bed hauling capicity. I was thinking 2/4 kit. Is this possible?

Thanks

Heres a pic of the truck. I want to keep my stock rims for now with the ability to go to a 22 later.

2/4 is ok but few questions
1) what does it measure from ground to fenderlip
2) does it have a lifting block in rear?
3) if it does have a lifting block how thick?

tell me that and I can set you up right.

1) The rear is 38 3/4 inches
The front is 36 1/2 inches
2) Yes, sort of........
3) The block looks like a piece of leaf spring. Its 1/2 inch thick.

sounds like you dont have a block so the djm 2/4 kit would put you at 34.25 in front and 34.75 rear

Would I lose the ability to haul a load in the bed of the truck with the DJM 2/4 kit?
