Finished pics. I didn't get any clearance pics yet, but I will if anyone wants them. Please excuse the front bumper, it's a parking lot scar. No alignment yet either as I'm sure you can tell.

3" Belltech drop struts, DJM 5" flip with Belltech SP shocks, 275/55-20 Toyo Proxes

Do it! It rides great compared to being leveled on 35s. I just dropped it off to get aligned so it should be finished around lunch. I'll get some better pics tonight once it's cleaned up some.

Looks like I'll be going up an inch in the front. They're having problems with the alignment. As long as it's in the air he can get it to spec, but once it's on the ground the tires go into negative camber. He said no matter how tight he gets the lower control arm bolts they move with pressure on them. He seems to think it's the front axles pushing it back out. I left Tony a message to get his input, so we'll see.

It says in the instructions to tack weld the bolts, I didn't do it on my truck and the bolts have stayed in place, I did take my truck for an alignment and the same thing happened but when I tightened the bolts myself they stayed tight

I'm not too sure what to do yet. I talked to Belltech about it - and they said to raise it an inch or so. He said the fact that I used a 2wd strut and having it set to 3" drop netted me roughly 4" on a 4x4. I never noticed it said to tack them in, but the alignment guy mentioned it before I left as well.

It's not even aligned at this point because of the tie rod ends. So they'll have to be modified, I need to figure out about tacking the lower bolts or not, and if I'm going to raise it. It's a little frustrating, but oh well. Atleast I didn't get charged though, so that is a plus.

I had the same issue with the struts, STX apparently came with 4x4 so I'm at a 6.5 roughly. My plan for the bolts on the bottom(although they are still tight) is to enlongate the alignment holes then put some heavy duty washers on them and after the alignment tack the washers to the frame if that makes sense

I know what you mean, and that would definitely keep it in place. I've just about decided to raise it some because of my front axles. They've got a pretty good upward angle on them at this height. I'm going to take the struts back out tonight and add an inch to them and we'll see what happens from there. Also have to mod the tie rod ends a little. Hopefully by Friday it'll be done for the most part.

Cutting The tierod ends are a snap to cut I just went and got a nut that fit and cut right in front of it so I didn't mess up the threads
