I assume since I am RWD, I may not have the rear frame issue.

Hard to say. My extra drop came from the fx4 parts. Advertised drop is for 2wd and theoretically would get the same endstate. Hit a big enough bump driving fast and you'll bottom out for sure

The kit come with new hangers and shackles? Did you install those? Or just removed the factory 4WD block and flipped the axle?

How do you like the tires? Any pics from the front to see how they sit in the wheel wells after the drop?

Pre drop: could have been due to my driveway, but post drop measurements are from the same parking spot
Front Driver Side: 37"
Front Passenger: 36.75"
Read Driver: 39.25"
Rear Pass: 39.3125" (1/16" higher)

Post:
FD: 32.5"
FP: 32.5"
RD: 33"
RP: 33.0625" (still 1/16" high)

So i ended up with a 4.5/6.25 drop, i assume due to the higher factory stance of the fx4. No shims, no vibrations, nothing installed but the front coils, rear flip, and rear sway bar. Sitting on 285/50r20 nitto 420s
I just installed the same kit on my 4wd lariat. Couple of questions for you:

Did you slot the front control arms to get alignment right?

Did you use the rear sway bar end links that came with the kit? The shop that did my install couldn’t get them on. They purchased equal length ones and they worked. Scratching my head on that one. My rear did not drop as much as yours.

My original measurements were the same as yours.

The first time they put the end links on they were facing the wrong way and hitting the leaves. The bottom of the end link was to the rear (angled down toward the bumper) they had to flip it so they were angled forward. If that makes sense. Now they clear and dont hit over bumps or with stuff in the bed. I need to slot the front, the camber is out pretty bad, although the alignment is still pretty straight. Didn't have time before I went out of town for work. Trying to find a shop that would slot was difficult as no one wanted to do it... ive heard the IHR (IHC?) Control arms correct the camber without slotting so thats a route as well.

Stock 20" tires are 31.9" diameter. I am lowered 3.5/6 I run my stockers with 1.25" spacers in the winter with no issues. They are very close to the front crash bars, but do clear.
Do you have a one piece driveshaft?

Im running just the 1001sp kit and my one piece is really close to being too long.

My rear seems to sit high, I want to remove the lift shackle to get the rear down but I’m worried the drive shaft will be to short.

From ground to fender I’m about 1.5higher in the rear.

F: 33 7/8
R: 35 3/8

I want the rear level with the front or at least closer. But if I remove the front hanger on the leaf then my drive shaft will to long.

Nice truck! How much harsher did the ride get? These trucks ride pretty harsh from the factory as it is. I actually got back pain from the test drive lol.
