I have been looking since last night and haven't found 1 yet. Seem most stopped making them after '13 for the F150 from what I found.

I’ve never bought a c-notch. I’ve always built my own and welded them in.

this is why I referenced you. I wasn't sure if you could build him a bolt/weld on kit.

A weld in mini notch is the next thing on my list to tackle. I’m spending a couple of weeks in Upstate New York first though. These 65* days are gonna make it hard to go back to Texas. lol

Does anyone one what size bolt holds the driver side shackle in? Ford will not have them for a few weeks and I was going to pick up a 8 grade nut and bolt at Fastenal. My crown kit says to cut the bolt to get it out of the rear shackle or lower the gas tank.

Thanks,
Milt

lower the gas tank? That's not the rear shackle, that the front leaf spring mount that you have to either lower the fuel tank to get out or cut the head of the bolt off.... when I lowered mine I cut the bolt off... sweated bullets the whole time, knowing if I slipped with the angle grinder I might not know that I slipped. Scary ****. This and I DID place a piece of scrap metal between my work area.

You can look up the Djm suspension instructions and just slide the axel toward the passenger side til you clear the leaf spring. It is tricky but that's how I did mine.
