I ordered a 2" lowering shackle set for my truck and i was wondering do i need and shims or anything like that ? Im still waiting on the kit to arrive at my house. but any help will be well appreciated.

Not with a 2" drop shackle. I've never heard of any drive line vibration problem with people using only the drop shackles.

 

Can't say for sure if you'll need them but the g force 2" drop shackle kit comes with shims. After you install your kit would you post an update. I'm looking at dropping the back 2" as well.

 

As soon as the part gets here my friend, as that i know of they where to put into back order so i am still waiting, im going to try and get my money back, and order a different kit, and g force any good ?

 

I'm not sure how good g force kit is. I was going to search through the forum to see what everyone is using and if they had any problems, but until I read anything saying that the g force are bad that is what I'm looking at getting.

^^^^ There you go, I was just fixen to say go with the JLP shackles, there a 2,3,4" setting.
