.... 05 4wd crew lowering suggestions/Help ....
So I got new kyb 2wd quick struts gr2 in storage, just got this 05 from family member that is stock. I’m sticking to a 2/4 drop nothing extreme. I done my share of researching but need some help on more so the rear, I’m pretty set on DJM front LCAs for a total of 3” drop(1” for the 2wd kybs and 2/2.5” from djm)... for the rears I’m a little up in the air.
4” kit will lower me 6” with the 2” oem blocks, so I just remove these blocks and good to go with the 4” drop? Reading djm rear kits aren’t that great and Belltech would be better. Thoughts? What about rear shocks being 4 or 5” lower? The 04/05 leafs have 4 pack vs the 06+ that have 3pack leaf, will this change anything? This is a daily to keep it some what stock feeling, not crazy harsh or stiff.
