Want to get rid of a K&N Hot air intake?

I have a stock intake from a 1998 4.6l thats been sitting in my garage.I'd imagine that it would fit a 2000. I have the intake tube and filter housing but do not have the MAF sensor housing.

i have one as well i had it on my 98. and i got a 07 lariat 5.4 now so no use for it and i have a k&n cone filter for it as well

i have a stock airbox for a 98 5.4 but im pretty sure the piece is marked 5.4/4.6, also has the filter and maf sensor let me know if you're interested.
