Custom light bar and 4 Hella 500ff lights
I am selling a light bar I built for my 02 f150. I kept it when I sold the truck and figured I would offer it for sale on the forums. It mounts to the inside of the chrome piece in our bumpers. You will need to drill holes in this piece to bolt the brackets onto it. The holes are covered by the lower valence which will need to be removed for installation.
I will provide a detailed diagram for installation as well as clear instructions. It will take some careful measuring to get it to fit perfect. Keep in mind this is a hand built unit, but it does it's job and looks badass. You will have the only truck in the world with this exact light bar. It can also be ran with a bullbar, which is why I designed it to sit in front of the grill. The lights do not stick out far like other models and the bar sits in the recessed area of the front grill
The bar and brackets are spray painted black and cleared. I had it on my truck for over 6 months with no issues with the finish. However, the paint did chip on the tabs where the lights were mounted. It may be worth it to get it powder coated black. I have sanded the bar and brackets and sprayed them with fresh black paint.
The tabs are designed to hold the hella lights, so that is why I want to sell it as a set. If you want just the bar and plan to use other lights you may need to put a washer or 2 on top of the tab to get enough clearance over the weld bead for your lights mounting tab.
If you have any questions let me know. The bar will fit regardless of the gap size between your bumper. Due to the angle of the chrome bumper pad it mounts to and the bottom of the bracket, you can adjust where the top part of the bracket comes through the bumper opening at by sliding the whole bracket forward or backward before drilling the mounting holes. If for whatever reason you can't get it to fit, you can sell it to someone else on the forum very easily. I had at least 30 people ask me to build them one when I posted my build thread.
Lights are 2 fog and 2 driving. Hella 500ff. I do not have the harnesses since I used parts of them to make a custom harness for my old truck that is now on my 05. I have 2 brand new KC harnesses which include all wiring, relays, fuses, and switches that you may be able to use with these lights. The KC harnesses are heavy duty and make the hella ones look like children's toys. I also have the white hella plastic light covers. No chips or scratches on any of the lights. Mint condition.
I am asking $200 for everything.
