Fs/ft 1997 ford f150 4x4 ext cab v8 5speed
This is an AMAZING truck! it runs flawlessly. it is a 5 speed with a brand new clutch and slave cylinder. it does have a clean title in my hand. it has about 193k miles on it. now dont let that scare you away, because almost nothing on this truck is stock. THIS TRUCK A NO RUST ON IT AT ALL ANYWHERE!!! GOOD LUCK FINDING ANOTHER TRUCK UP HERE WITH THIS MANY MILES WITH NO RUST... The color is a forest green. I love this truck!
Mechanical:
The previous owners replaced the transmission transfercase and front diff.
I replaced the engine with a brand new one it is a 4.6L v8. runs flawlessly
put a new rear end in it, now it has posi, and had the truck regeared with 3.55 gears for good mpg.
i also put F250 rear leaf springs under it for towing and a class 4 or 5 hitch under it. (i dont remember witch one it is, but it is the biggest you can put under the truck)
it has all new shocks at all 4 corners.
new brakes at all 4 corners.
new ebrake cables.
new brake lines all over.
new upper control arms on the front with new ball joints.
new idler arm.
it has a cold air intake, new coils, new plugs, throttle body spacer, new wires.
brush guard, new head lights and fog lights.
it does have a 2 inch lift with 33" tires and 16" american racing rims.
one of the previous owners cut off the cats, so I bought a kit that dummies out the rear O2 sensors so they send the right code to the computer.
Has dual exhaust with a flow master super 44 muffler. has a nice growl to it.
I EVEN HAVE A 6 PUCK TOWING CLUTCH TO THROW IN WITH THE TRUCK. i put maybe 3k miles on it...and got tired of it. it is made for pulling...not every day driving..so i swapped it out with one that is slightly better than stock.
Interior:
I replaced the solid bench seat with 2 captains chairs and a center consul. The drivers seat is power!
The person I got the truck from had the guages replaced because they quit working, so the odometer reads higher milage than what it really has. it reads 208k. it read 201k when i got it. and i do have the original odometer that reads 186010. i got the truck the day that was fixed.
I put a new back face for the guages. the lights on it quit working so i replaced it was on the glows blue.
i put 4 new speakers in the truck.
I love my truck and dont want to get rid of it. I do not need to get rid of it, I just need a bigger truck, need a bigger cab. longer bed.
Not interested in any trade unless it is a Powerstroke 7.3l 1999-2002. 4x4 ext cab or crew cab. auto or manual 8FT BED. (ONLY TRUCK ID TRADE FOR)
May consider a 1995-1998 F250 or F350 7.3L matching the above description.
NO RUST my truck has no rust and i dont want one that has rust.. mileage doesn't matter to me. not interested in anything else.

Today I just did lower intake manifold gaskets and the water bypass tube. the bypass tube got a small hole in it and needed to be replaced. So while it was all appart I cleaned the intake manifold and painted it black. I also cleaned the Throttle Body. Price reduced to $6200. I need to sell asap.
