We are proud to announce the release of the Dirt King Fabrication Long Travel System for the 2004 - 2008 Ford F150, available in 2wd & 4wd configurations. Dirt King is known for their extremely high quality suspension and offroad parts and this kit proves once again that they are one of the best in the business.

This kit will take your vehicle to the next level. With twice the amount of travel compared to stock you will notice an extreme improvement in off-road handling. It’s capable of 13.5” of travel and is 3.5” wider per side. The lower control arms are tabbed and plated allowing for limit straps and bump stops to be used. We replaced the weak factory ball joints with FK uniballs for strength and additional articulation. Included in the kit are 21” DOT approved brake lines and heat treated chromoly tierod extensions. For 4WD applications heat treated chromoly extended axles are available. This kit is built to the highest standards and only the best materials are used to ensure a reliable ride. We take the time to assemble our kits along with presetting the upper control arms saving you time and money upon installation and alignment.

Below is listed what the kits include and the recommend shocks to be used with the kits. Custom King, ICON, FOX 8” coil-overs are available through us or your shocks may be sent into us for upgrade. The kit works best with our spec shocks but any standard 8” coil-over will with our 2WD shock mounting option. It consists of upper shock mounting coil bucket plates, grade 8 shock mounting hardware, shock spacers, and lower shock mounting adapters. All recommended shocks and shock mounting options require no cutting or modifications to be made to the kit or vehicle.

Depends on what you consider a lot. For this type of suspension system its very reasonable we think, these are hand made long travel systems. Consider Baja Kits at 3k for the 2wd system or Camburg coilovers + arm are over 2000, or their LT kit at 5500+

Having converted my own using raptor stuff this looks a really nice kit. Do you sell the axels separately? How much for a set? I assume they fit just like the stock ones do?

Thank you! This is designed for the guy who wants more performance than an UCA/Coilover kit can provide, without doing any permanent fabrication to the truck
