I've got a long block 5.4L w/ 3V cylinder heads that I'd part out as a short block and cylinder heads or sell as a long block. It's my motor that dropped a valve and is very rebuildable. There is slight damage to the passenger side head, but Nick at Modularheadshop in Winter Springs FL said it would be no problem to repair. Passenger side cam and phaser need to be replaced as well, which, if someone was building a high hp motor - would most likely not be stock.

I figure, if someone wanted to build a high hp motor to swap into their truck, while still being able to drive the truck while the work is done, this would help.

I was looking around at prices and it seems that with the damage, I could get about $700 for the long block, or I'd sell $400 for the short block and $400 for the heads.

Make offers? Want it out of my garage. Might bring it to scrap soon. Should be able to get something decent out of the aluminum heads.
