Default ZF swap

Well my automatic transmission is starting to go out so me and a buddy are wanting to put a ZF-6 in my truck. Im just wondering if anyone on here has done it and has any tips. We know pretty much what we are gonna have to do.

From all I have read at minimum you will have to do a BL because how much bigger the tranny is. Also a custom made driveshaft. If 4x4 a trams case and 2 drive shafts. Plus all the normals to a auto to manual swap. Best way to do it is get a doner 5 speed f150 so you have all the factory f150 parts. Oh and there is no plate under the carpet like most cars you will have to cut a hole in the floor board. It would be super cool but when I was looking around to do it a zf5 was 800-1000 and a zf 6 was up words of 2k
