I dont think youll see much of a difference between the two. Not many people here use shorties but if you are just using these as a replacement for stock manis then either will do fine. Read some reviews online and make your decision.

sand with scotchbrite red or grey
wipe down with rubbing alcohol
dry
paint white Krylon Fusion
dry
paint
dry
paint white with Duplicolor Oxford White
dry
mask off bar grille
paint black satin Krylon Fusion
dry
paint
dry
paint
dry
remove mask
paint with clear Krylon Fusion
dry
paint
dry
paint
dry
drop bumper off stand...
sand again
wipe off with alcohol again
mask again
paint again
dry again
paint again
dry again
paint again
dry again
paint with clear again
dry again
paint again
dry again
paint again
dry again
install
cuss because the paint doesn't match exactly....
