Lots more people check these out than you think
How many threads do you keep up with that you don't comment on?
This is definitely an interesting one at that.

I'm always clicking on it. I like watching people build Xl trucks. I just hardly ever comment on anything but I'm here a lot.

Lol. Thanks guys. Well I checked the bumper this morning and it looks better. The grey patches have faded away but are still there. I rubbed on some areas and some of the grey went away? Weird anyway it will still need to be redone though as it doesn't match the black that I painted on the grille. Oh well, guess I learned my lesson not to rush painting. Maybe I'll have another update in the next couple days. Gonna buy way too much paint today and restart on the bumper when I get time.

You might want to buff it out, some sandpaper any grit above 1000 is great, and some rubbing compound it should buff right out... would work better if you have a sander/buffer if not hand buffing is fine (you'll just be tired)

I just painted over it, because its just clear... Anyway good so far. Got black drying waiting to clear then install it. Working on headlights now while it dries. Anyone know where to lay the bead of black RTV to make sure the new headlights are sealed up good? Also noticed the duplicator matching Oxford White paint well... Eh... A little off. But it's good enough for now. Planning on swapping out the grille for a better one down the road anyway. Hope to wrap this up tonight if all goes well.

Try Duplicolor Oxford white with Duplicolor plastic primer and clear....... comes out some odd shade of yellow
