Is it worth it??

Has anybody replaced their factory cooling fan with an electric fan. I heard it frees up more HP, gives you better mpg and a quieter engine. Just wondering if anybody has done this, and was it worth it????

I think there's even a thread or two in the "HOW TO" Section. Yes you do gain power. That's exactly why people do it.
