Default Wiring for OEM radio (2000 F150)

Hi, I want to replace the stock OEM radio that is in my 2000 F150 with an aftermarket stereo (Pioneer DEH-X3600UI). I have already ordered a kit that will let me mount a single DIN unit in place of the OEM radio. But I need to know the wiring scheme that is in the truck, so that I can wire it up to the Pioneer. I would think it would be really easy since the F150 has only two speakers.

Does anybody here know where I can find that sort of info?

I thank you in advance for any info or suggestions.

American International FWH-598 should plug into your factory harness in dash. It comes with wiring color codes for the FWH-598. Take Pioneer harness that comes with your unit and that should also have wiring color codes for that unit's harness. Match the wires up from each harness. Strip back and solder wires together and heat shrink splice. Make sure to slip heat shrink on first before soldering. Use a piece of split tubing to cover wire and tie wrap closed.
I did this with my Sony media player in '12 and have not had a problem.

Absolutely this. I always wire mine up before I even start dismantling the dash LOL. I use crimp connectors, but same principle.
