Hey, know that a 1992 is a bit prior to the 1997 but I am need of guidance here. The wipers will go constantly when put into intermittant and the work as expected in low or hi. But when I use the washer fluid they will stay on till I turn the ignition off. And the wipers stay where ever they are when you turn them off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have replace the switch on the column and replaced the interval governer...
