Default Wiper Issues Please Help.

I have a 97 ext cab 4w/d and the wipers are not working. checked fuse its good. moved relays around. still not working. is there away to to bipass or jump the the relay box ? or something to see if the motor is still good?
Thanks
Ok so I went back out to truck removed all 3 relays took my 12v tester found power port and jump to ground port and they came on. will buy all new relays and see if they help.

Can you hear the motor running when you turn the wipers on? These trucks are known to corrode and wear off the plastic bushings in the wiper motor transmission. If that happens, you will hear the wiper motor but the wipers won't move.

One other test--just grab the wipers and see if they move by hand. If they flop freely, you have the problem described above.
